"THIS IT IS TO
BE A MAN OF THE HIGHEST TYPE. TO BE AND NOT
SEEM; TO DO AND NOT SIMPLY TO TALK; TO HAVE THE RIGHT IDEAL, THE TRUE MOTIVE AND
PATIENTLY TO TRANSFORM CONDUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH IT."
- Ossian Everett Mills, March 15, 1912
Welcome to the land of OZ, Prairie View A&M University's chapter, Omicron Zeta. The pioneers of Province 9.
Started as the Texas Alpha colony we have persevered, gained national recognition, and have turned heads and are now recognized as an elite chapter of Phi Mu Alpha SINFONIA Fraternity since 1995.
The brothers of OZ have been busy being the campus musicians performing for the ever famous Marching Storm, the Univeristy Symphonic Band, the University Jazz Band Ensemble, University Concert Chorale, the University Gospel Choir (Baptist Student Movement), Homecoming Coronations, and collaborations with other fraternities for any pageant on campus.
Brothers past and present write us at any time to keep contact going.
